Marble statue of Archangel Saint Michael - Sculpted by Rafaello da Montelupo, in 1536.
This sculpture stood atop the Castel Sant'Angelo, but was later replaced by a bronze statue that was executed by Peter von Verschaffelt.
It can now be seen in the open court of the Castle.
